Director of IT

Define and implement a strategic plan for IT Solutions for the company. Seek to improve upon current file management software best practices, create networking and equipment solutions for each operational location, provide ongoing direction for the development of IT solution that further the companies initiative of profit growth and continuously improved processes.

Job Duties

• Manage technology platforms for operational optimization, creating a better work experience for team members, as well as a better customer experience for external customers
• Daily software/hardware troubleshooting for all team members
• Creating architecture for information/data protection and security
• Working alongside partners to ensure integration and optimization of technology platforms across departments
• Recruiting and managing IT Team
• Identifying creative IT solutions and technology-based platforms to improve the company in all facets
• Create a long-term strategic plan for IT Department, maximizing current opportunities and identifying new opportunities for growth

Desired Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related fields
• Advanced degree preferred but not required

Desired Experience

• 5+ years of experience in related field, managing one or more major IT functions
• Experience of implementing forward thinking, value-adding technology solutions
• IT Experience in real estate or financial services is preferred
• Experience working in Ramquest is preferred
